The template has been developed to assist Queensland vaccine service providers implement effective vaccine management policies and procedures.
It draws upon information from the National Vaccine Storage Guidelines: Strive for 5 which is considered best practice guidelines in vaccine management and therefore meets RACGP standards for general practice.

This document can be downloaded and printed. Alternatively, it can be saved as an electronic document and typed into to and saved in the practice’s appropriate computer file.
